Shipping Information

Neepielamerica.com ships within the United States and also internationally.
(We use various carrier, like as USPS,UPS, Fedex or DHL)
 
We constantly strive to ensure fast and efficient method of processing and shipping out orders. When orders are received  and unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a minimum of two business days. 

If there is an urgent matter with shipping, please email us as soon as possible to sort them out. Once the shipment is made, it is very difficult to the change it and there will also be extra charge added.

 


Tracking Packages 

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.


 
Return Information
 

Damage items may be exchanged only for undamaged pieces of the same item. In case an item is sold out, a credit will be issued. Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging with the invoice. Returns accepted only for damaged items within 21 days of purchase.
